Shipping

All our homes/booths are bespoke, which may result in longer shipping times. For accurate shipping timelines and bulk order inquiries, please contact us directly.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 15 to 40 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. An email notification will be sent when your order will be shipped. We may contact you for further clarification regarding order customization, if applicable.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

- We offer free shipping to USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. For areas not listed, please contact us for estimated shipping rates and charges.

- Deliveries are made from 7:00AM  to 9:00PM on all days (except public holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify on the status of your order arrival. 

We offer international shipping to the all the countries excluding the countries listed in 'we do not ship to' section. 

- At this time, we do not ship to India, Pakistan, UAE and all other regions of Asia. 

Custom Clearance and other Taxes

- We may contact you for additional details required for custom clearance as a standard requirement.

Warranty limits

Prefab homes and related items have a standard warranty of 1-year from the date of purchase.

 These robustly constructed homes typically have a service life of approximately 15-20 years, subject to variations based on local climate conditions

Return/Refund Policies

Important Note: The items larger in size shipped in 20-40 HQ containers are non-returnable due to size compliance and shipping policies.
